The rooftop terrace was stunning, providing an amazing view of the cityscape, both during the day and at night. the breakfast was delicious, varied and fresh every day, with homemade jams and pastries. the staff was friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for places to visit and eat in the area. the hotel is located within walking distance of many key attractions and close to public transportation.
The shower was not suitable for tall people, as it was a bit cramped. the room felt a bit stuffy at times, with limited ventilation.

The hotel is located in a convenient area close to both Old and New cities, according to several reviews. the rooms are well-decorated with an artistic touch and are equipped with comfortable bedding. One guest enjoyed their room's balcony with a great view. the hosts were friendly and helpful, providing information on city tours and day trips, as well as serving breakfast. Another guest appreciated the owners' hospitality, including being picked up from the airport and provided with a bottle of Georgian wine.
There seems to be ongoing construction next to the hotel, which can be noisy, as mentioned by one reviewer.

During my stay over the Christmas holidays, I enjoyed the warm hospitality offered by the hosts of this hotel. The personal approach of the staff made me feel at home. The hotel's central location and easy accessibility to nearby cafes and restaurants was a real plus. One of the best parts of my stay was the clean and comfortable rooms. The cozy atmosphere and smart design of the hotel made for a very comfortable experience.
Although my stay was enjoyable, my room was a bit cramped. Another negative was the lack of variety in the breakfast provided.
